Responsibilities

Assignments will include performing final product testing, sets up test station, changing/modifying test set and troubleshoot test issues as procedures and instructions indicate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Adjust/test equipment to meet requirements of test procedure or written instructions. Monitor and record ongoing testing. Perform final acceptance test procedure and record data on test data sheet.
• Troubleshoot failing or marginal product and adjust as required to meet test criteria.
• Maintain records on each test article and update file as necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain work area in clean and orderly manner.
• Follow all security and safety instructions.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn to use variety of measuring equipment such as fluke meter, oscilloscopes and network analyzers.
• Ability to read and interpret test instructions and engineering drawings is beneficial.
• Effective communication skills are necessary in order to work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other employees.
• Associate’s degree in Electronic Technology, equivalent military schooling/experience, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance as required.
