Responsibilities * Supporting development of low, medium, and high fidelity modeling and simulation models for Ground-based Missile Defense (GMD). * Coordination of engineering requirements, project schedules, and analysis of model performance. * Facilitate working groups to enable program status, technical exchange, and to generate reports for the customer. Qualifications * Master's Degree in STEM Field with 12 years experience * Active Secret clearance * Experience in Modeling & Simulation development. * Strong understanding of Modeling & Simulation tools. * Managing fast tempo projects with attention to detail and schedule. * Demonstrated skill in oral and written communications, developing and presenting briefings, and preparing technical products. * Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate projects across multiple organizations. * Demonstrated skill and experience in development of technical products. Desired Qualifications: * Experience in modeling and simulation physical environments. * Experience in network accreditation process and risk mitigation.
* Experience in requirements tracing aiding industry partners development with customer requirements. * Experience in analysis of verification and validation (V&V) evidence. * Demonstrated knowledge of Missile Defense System (MDS) to successfully develop and integrate modeling and simulation capabilities into system architectures.
* Demonstrated knowledge in Ground-based Weapon Systems (GWS). #LI-AS1
