STATES TRANSPORTATION LLC, also known as STL, is a reputable trucking fleet headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, established in 2014.

Our comprehensive transportation services span across all 48 states, including Mexico and Canada. We specialize in handling various types of freight shipments, such as dry goods, power-only dedicated runs for esteemed clients like FedEx, UPS, 10 Roads, Eagle Logistics, and have established partnerships with over 250 freight brokers.

Currently, our fleet operates 10 tractors and trailers, and we are poised for expansion with plans to add 5 to 7 trucks in the coming months.

This strategic growth enhances our company's capacity and capability, ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Our dedicated team of drivers operates under a 1099 settlement payroll system.

Job Summary

• Owner Operator
• Dry Van
• $8,000 - $10,000 gross total weekly avg. pay. Paid weekly.
• 89% of load
• 2,500 - 3,000 avg. miles per week
• Paid fuel surcharge
• Dedicated
• No Driver Load / Unload

Home Time

• 7 - 14 expected days out
• You can stay out longer if you want to
• Home at least 2 weekends per month

Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
• Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

Equipment Requirements

• Max truck age : 15 years
• No overdimensional trucks allowed

Hiring Requirements

• Class A license without any of the following restrictions : (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
• 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
