Job Responsibilities

The Endpoint Services Project Coordinator reports directly to the Endpoint Service Manager, providing technical and professional services within the IT Customer Service Department. The Project Coordinator will serve as a project team lead on projects validating departmental scope, complexity, and risk. The Project Coordinator will, under general supervision, assist project managers and coordinators of other departments in completing complex college-wide projects. This position will serve as a Team Lead for Endpoint Services in assisting the Endpoint Services Manager with assigned tasks and attending and facilitating meetings as needed in support of the Endpoint Services group.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
This position requires a high school diploma and relevant experience. A bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of professional experience in project coordination and/or management is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have five (5) years of experience coordinating IT-related projects within an academic environment. Knowledge of MS-OS systems, applications, Apple Products, and Active Directory is desired. Must have a basic understanding of project management and experience working on small group projects with other team members and technical experience and knowledge to support computers/peripherals in an enterprise network environment. Knowledge of TeamDynamix Project and Asset Management tracking modules is a plus. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills are a must.
