Job Responsibilities The Head Men's and Women's Track/Field Coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching, recruiting, and administering the men's and women's track/field programs. Responsible for fundraising, monitoring academic progress of student-athlete team members, and ensuring adherence to and compliance with the rules and regulations of the NJCAA (governing body of certified two-year collegiate athletic teams) and applicable College policies and procedures. Supervises part-time assistant coach. Minimum and Additional Requirements Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of coaching experience at the collegiate or higher level and knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations. Valid driver's license required. Additional Comments Must be able to attend all games and travel with the team as required. May require overnight stays.
