Our Englewood, CO Call Center presents an exceptional opening for enthusiastic and driven sales experts. We seek individuals brimming with energy to manage inbound calls focused on membership services and sales. Ideal candidates will thrive in this dynamic environment, fueling our commitment to facilitating unforgettable RV journeys.
Pay: 17/hr. (Paid Weekly!)
Location: Englewood, CO- onsite for contract length; hybrid once converted
Operating Hours: Monday-Sunday 6:00AM-9:00PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service while effectively promoting and selling various memberships through inbound calls.
- Engage with customers by actively listening to their inquiries and providing comprehensive information about our membership services.
- Handle incoming calls proficiently, addressing membership-related questions, and adeptly converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Utilize established sales techniques to maximize sales conversion rates and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and membership details in the database.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year in a professional call center setting and sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and listening abilities required.
- Must have effective organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn in-house computer programs essential.
