Blooming Behavior Services is looking for dedicated and energetic people who love working with children. We provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the spectrum or with developmental disabilities. We strive to provide the best treatment possible for our clients. Lead Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disorders in their home. RBTs are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, skill acquisition goals, and having a great time through play with their clients. RBTs will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are willing to train.

This role will be 25 - 35 hours per week between 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday-Friday.

What you will do:

Provide 1:1 behaviorally based in-home treatment to autistic children or children at risk for developmental delays

Implement individualized treatment goals designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) that will guide your sessions

Teach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance

Record objective daily data through hand-held technology for real-time data collection that reflects the client's progress toward goals

Attend weekly check-ins and provide open communication to the supporting clinical team

Other duties as assigned

Hands on work and shadowing supervisors attending intake appointments, program modification, and more

Experience working on clinical reports

Mentorship 1:1 meetings reviewing the task list

Monthly group supervision meetings

Unrestricted hours for BACB certification hours

Support when studying for BACB exam by owner Blooming Behavior Services

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

High School Diploma required

Enrolled in Masters Program - Applied Behavior Analysis

Minimum of 6 months of prior RBT experience

Experience effectively engaging with children.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pass background check

Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver’s license required

Minimum job requirement: perform part-time hours of 15 hours per week 2:00-7:40 PM Monday-Friday.

Must be able to lift 35 pounds and get up and down off the floor quickly

Negative TB test depending on placement

Must be able to provide proof of vaccination against Covid-19 by the first day of work
