Stahl & Associates Insurance in beautiful St. Petersburg, FL has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated insurance professional who can provide exceptional service to our commercial clients, while enjoying a team-oriented culture and excellent work/life balance!
This position will handle all aspects of servicing a large commercial P&C book of business, which includes manufacturing, contractors, human services, condos, retail and hospitality.
The ideal candidates will have knowledge of processing and renewal of policies, endorsements, and rating and quoting of new and renewal business. Must also possess excellent customer service skills to answer policy and coverage related questions and must be able to multi-task and pay strong attention to detail. This position requires thorough documentation of conversations, emails and correspondence with customers and carriers in the Agency Management System, maintaining a paperless environment. AMS 360 experience is preferred, but not required. Must have a current FL 2-20 license. Professional designations, such as CIC, are desired, but not required.

• At least 5 years independent agency experience preferred
• Agency management system experience required; AMS 360 experience preferred
• Must have a current FL 2-20 P&C license
