Staffworks is Hiring a Quality Inspector Near Wallingford, CT
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing tasks associated with incoming, in-process, and final inspection of products.
- Entry level inspection of incoming details, subassemblies, materials, and final products.
- Maintain accurate inspection records/files.
- Verify accuracy of products with manufacturing instructions and engineering drawings.
- Identifying and verifying nonconforming materials, and assisting in obtaining dispositions of nonconforming materials.
- Originating and communicating communicating corrective action requests.
- Assist in internal instrumentation calibration.
- 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- QA/QC experience preferred but not needed.
$20 Hourly
Schedule:
Mon - Fri
7:00 - 3:30 (Shift is slightly flexible plus opportunity for OT during the week)
