Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Excellent hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills
• PLC and HVAC training
• Good communication and computer skills (MS Office applications)

Maintenance Supervisor Job Details :

Salary : $75,000 - $100,000 / yr.

2nd Shift Hours : 1 : 30 PM Finish (8-10 hours), Monday Friday with occasional Saturdays required.

• Install replacement belts, filters, gears, chains, and valves
• Troubleshoot pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic machine problems and make necessary repairs
• Perform repairs to machines involving machine guarding, bolt replacement, and breakdowns due to mechanical wear
• Weld machine components
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as lubricating parts, drive chains, etc.
• Handle installations, including hooking up air, water, gas, and the alignment and leveling of equipment
• Resolve all maintenance and mechanical problems promptly
• Other maintenance manager tasks
