Responsibilities Include:
• Customer service
• All facets of apartment make-ready maintenance
• Grounds maintenance
• HVAC
• Completing service requests
Requirements:
• HVAC certification required
• Prior apartment make-ready and work-order experience
• Light carpentry, plumbing and light electrical skills
• Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies
• Own tools and transportation
• Strong communication skills
