Summary of Job Description:
The Branch Administrator is responsible for maintaining communication between employees and managers within the construction department, ensuring preconstruction and operational requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all onboarding and orientation processes.
- Ensure completion of hire packets for new employees.
- Communicate updates to policies and procedures to employees.
- Order uniform and safety equipment as needed.
- Perform weekly uniform inventories.
- Turn in payroll deduction forms to Payroll.
- Issue and manage purchase orders.
- Coordinate billing of all billable purchase orders.
- Keep contracts accessible for the file management system.
- Review project plans for compliance.
- Prepare and review various reports.
- Ensure compliance with licenses/certifications.
- Participate in meetings, committees, and/or training sessions.
- Respond to requests for information.
- Maintain copies of all agreements, contracts, and/or DOT regulatory permits.
- Oversee internal compliance and budget expenditures.
Major Skills, Competencies, and Requirements:
- 2 years of construction compliance experience preferred.
- Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Procore.
- Strong work ethic.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Customer service experience.
- Driven, disciplined, and focused.
