4 years of recent experience required. Level 1 trauma required will accept either CCI or RDCS- Adult .specializies in treatment of advanced cardiovascular disease. Heart transplant, structural heart, infiltrative diseases are typical. TAVR, LVAD, Impella, balloon pump are often imaged. Daily assignments could inlcude a combination of inpatients and outpatients daily bedside echo, Stress Echo, TEE or OR. Should be competent in all forms of complex echo pathology-HOCM, assessment of regional wall motion abnormaltiies, aortic stenosis and other valvular deftects
