JOB OVERVIEW
1. Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
2. Oversee shipping, receiving and Raw materials personnel.
3. Ensure smooth flow of warehouse/distribution operations, in compliance with department standard operating procedures.
4. Oversee shipping and receiving departments for distribution of US and international shipments.
5. Manage international and domestic shipment tracking.
6. Manage all finished goods inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
7. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & TRAINING]
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2 year warehouse, shipping and distribution experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of shipping experience, international and domestic preferred
• Experience using ERP system preferred
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor skills.
SKILLS
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand GMP and ISO Standards.
• Shipping knowledge of FedEX, UPS, DHL, etc. processing procedures.
• Ability to work overtime if necessary.
• Proficient in typing/Microsoft word processing, and file maintenance skills
