We are currently hiring a Full Time RN to join our Ambulatory Centralized Clinical Resources - Discharge team!

What You Can Expect:

In this remote role, the RN will perform patient care via the telephone and through the medical record for patients recently discharged from one of our St. Luke’s Inpatient facilities. Care provided may include phone triage, post discharge follow up visit planning, medication management and lab ordering. This is an opportunity to still provide patient care while expanding your skill and scope as an RN outside of the traditional patient care settings.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 
• Day shift, hours of operation for the department are generally 0
• No holidays/weekends
• Remote (Must live within Idaho)

Qualifications:

• Education: Nursing Degree
• Experience: 1 years’ experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
