As a Licensed Plumber, you will utilize your trade skills as required of a Licensed Journeyman Plumber to ensure the efficient operation and functionality of our plumbing infrastructure.Apply principles of piping systems, particularly the flow of different materials at various pressures, including vacuum.Work with piping and plumbing system components, specialties, and control devices, including control valves, traps, pressure regulators, automatic vents, expansion tanks, air separators, and pressure and temperature safety devices.Test fire protection systems and components, including piping, pumps, sprinkler heads, valves, and control devices.Install and conduct maintenance for fixtures and systems used in restrooms, janitor closets, labs, and other relevant areas.Collaborate with team members to plan and execute plumbing projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.Adhere to plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance.Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of installations, maintenance activities, and test results.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of standard piping and plumbing suppliesRequirementsHigh school diploma of GED equivalentValid and current license as a Journeyman Plumber5 years of experience in plumbing maintenanceOther1 years of plumbing experience in a commercial and/or industrial environment is preferredBackflow Prevention Assembly Tester certification is preferred1 years of pipefitting experience is preferredMust be willing to work Monday through Friday from 7:30AM
