The basics of this position:
Provides leadership and management to ensure the entire enrollment operations process functions effectively and works in support of and successfully meets the goals and needs of campus Enrollment Services staff. Serves as the expert for the enrollment operations area. The operations area is responsible for processing all credit applications (degree-seeking and non-degree-seeking) for admission, data-entry of high school and college transcripts, and processing any updates to a student's record (i.e., data corrections, Student Type Changes, Regular Student Status Corrections etc.) Serves as the district-wide expert in enrollment operations with oversight of all admission processes in Banner and the document imaging system (BDM). Responsible for evaluating and recommending new technologies to improve the functions and efficiencies of the operations area in collaboration with the Registrar's office. Responsible for coordinating Enrollment Operations technology needs related to CRM, Banner, and other data management systems; this position works closely with the Student Affairs Information Systems Lead.

Education, experience, and other requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree required.
* 5 years' experience in the admissions and enrollment area of a college or university of which two years were in a supervisory role.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's Degree preferred.
* Experience in a community college setting.
