Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and hard-working team member for a full-time Surgery Scheduler position with a fast-paced Otolaryngology practice.
Job duties include making pre-operative arrangements, preparing and communicating surgical schedules, scheduling follow-up appointments, verifying coverage and obtaining necessary authorizations, collecting deposits and looking ahead at the providers schedules to make any adjustments in an appropriate timeframe.
Experience:
- Requires a high school education
- Prefer 2 years of applicable higher educations
- Prefer 5 years of experience in medical office procedures and policies desired
- NextGen experience a plus
- Must be able to work from our Coeur d'Alene office
