The person would teach Theology for five 41 minute periods, have a period for preparation, a period for lunch, and a period with an administrative duty (Dining Hall, Coverage, etc.). The school and students are academically oriented and some of the classes are dual enrolled with Iona College, so a Masters in Theology is required. A Masters in Education does not suffice. The job entails 180 appearance per year and approximately 160 teaching days
