As a Project Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that construction work is carried out in line with contractual obligations, internal policies, and our Required Project Standards (RPS).
This Position:
In this role, you will oversee various aspects of project management to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. This includes establishing and implementing project management information control systems, managing customer relationships, protecting company interests during project execution, cost estimation, subcontractor management, and financial monitoring.
Responsibilities:
**Establish and implement a project management information control system to govern the project lifecycle effectively.
**Manage all aspects of customer relationships to secure future repeat business.
**Protect company interests and legal rights through thorough documentation and timely communication with stakeholders.
**Break down cost estimates into manageable segments for accurate cost projections.
**Issue purchase orders in accordance with company purchasing guidelines.
**Develop detailed scopes of work for subcontractors and identify cost impacts resulting from project changes.
**Facilitate labor plans, productivity reports, progress drawings, and installation tracking.
**Monitor project financials, including costs, revenue, and gross profit, to accurately portray expected outcomes.
**Manage project cash flow to achieve a consistently positive bottom line.
**Oversee engineering/commissioning resources and subcontractor work to maximize productivity.
**Ensure effective project completion, final acceptance, and warranty periods to achieve customer satisfaction.
**Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
**Bachelor"s Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
**5 years of industry-specific experience.
**In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and construction laws.
**Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
**Analytical/problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
**Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Completion of OSHA"s 30-hour Construction Training Course.
**Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
**Previous people management experience.
