Staff Financial Group is Hiring a Project Estimator Near Roswell, GA
Estimator with commercial construction industry experience.
Our growing commercial construction client has an immediate need for an Estimator.
Responsibilities :
- Experience with RFIs and Change Orders.
- Electronically file and organize confidential documents.
- Survey blueprints to extract data for use in estimating job bids.
- Procurement and scheduling of material drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Communicate with field superintendents.
Requirements:
- Two or more years of commercial construction experience as an Estimator.
- Experience with or knowledge of Building Connected, PlanHub, On-Center OST, Bluebeam or other digital take-off or estimating software application(s) is preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process.
- Candidates must be willing to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process.
Our client offers a salary of $60k - $70kplus M/D/V/ 401k.
