Description
As our Custodian, you will be responsible for providing a clean and safe environment for our guests. You will work with a team to ensure that all areas of the facility are kept clean and orderly, following established cleaning protocols. You will also be responsible for providing excellent guest service to all patrons of the facility. If you enjoy creating a clean and pleasant environment for our guests and employees, we would love to have you join our team!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and polish light fixtures, marble surfaces and trim.
- Maintain buildings and grounds in a clean and orderly condition.
- Sweep, scrub, wash, and polish floors.
- Dust furniture and equipment, polish metalwork.
- Wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
- Empty waste baskets and trash cans, and transport to disposal area.
- Continually display professional and friendly behavior.
- Replenish bathroom supplies.
- Clean banquet rooms, ballrooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, and locker rooms, and other work areas as needed.
Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Three months related experience and/or training preferred.
- Must maintain good hygiene and a professional appearance while on the job.
- Class II Gaming License issued from the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission (must be able to pass a background check).
- Requires a Valid Washington State Driver License and must be insurable on the Tribe's insurance.
