Customer Account Representative

With the addition of a brand new client, we have an immediate need for a Customer Account Representative to directly market products for an established brand. The ideal person for this role is a driven, customer-focused individual, who excels at building relationships and closing deals.

What you’ll do:

• Interact with potential customers in the client’s local area
• Efficiently cultivate relationships with customers by building rapport and establishing common ground
• Evoke interest in client products and services
• Deliver strategic product presentations
• Strategically cultivate the client’s brand to help build customer enthusiasm
• Work with customers to guide them through the sales process from first engagement to purchase
• Relay insights about customer profiles and feedback to management
