SPYROS Information & Technology Consulting is Hiring a Journeyman to Sr. Executive Staff Action Officer & Military Plans Support Near Columbia, MD

Duties:

Acts as a front office and executive team Staff Action Officer
Participates and provides substantive contributions to staff meetings, intra-organizational coordination activities, staff task response actions, and planning activities as necessary
Assists in developing and integrating staff estimates into broader command plans, and in support of Combatant Commander planning efforts
Leads Front Office contractor staff in efforts to support senior executive government leadership by providing analytical expertise and expert knowledge of Task Management and Business Process design
Develops and delivers executive briefing summaries, Meeting Minutes, and MS Office products as necessary to aide in senior leader decision making processes
Provides expertise on the execution of Command Battle-Rhythm and Knowledge Management support actions in the address of the Commander and senior staff steady-state, combat, and contingency operational requirements
Delivers technical expertise and participates in all phases and steps of the internal and external staff JOPP and working group activities
Provides significant contribution to the organizational level planners in the development of operations plans, contingency plans, CONOPs, and orders

Location: Columbia, MD
Qualifications :

Minimum five years of experience supporting Joint Operational Planning and a complete working knowledge of the military planning formats and guidance
Minimum of five years of experience with Business Process Engineering, Knowledge Management, and DOD Battle Rhythm guidance framework
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Possess current Counterintelligence Polygraph and Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
