1. Deliver a high level of customer services, taking ownership of resident requests and ensuring resolution.

2. Respond to resident emergency alarms, fire, and facility emergencies, showing good judgement under pressure.

3. Escort residents in wheelchairs and vehicles throughout campus.

4. Daily rounds of inspection, keeping written reports, alert to concerns with residents and facilities.

5. Interact closely with our independent residents and have regular opportunities to make meaningful difference in their lives.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid NC driver's license.

High school diploma or GED.

Strong customer service skills required. Must be mature, courteous, patient, and hardworking with a sincere concern for senior citizens.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Be able to learn to operate a telephone console.
