We’re currently hiring qualified and energetic Registered Nurse /Baylor RN Supervisor to join our team of talented caregivers.

Shift: 7a.m. – 7p.m. Every Weekend w FT Benefits and Pay

Role:

Evaluates, plans, and organizes technical direction in the delivery of patient care for respective tours of duty.

Assures plan of care is administered for all residents. Responsible for performance of all licensed staff.

Oversees daily assignments of personnel.

Functions, as necessary, as staff nurse.

Delivers emergency care, as needed, throughout campus.

Coordinates judgments with other nurses, shift manager and DON.

Communicates with providers on-site outpatient clinic to coordinate care of residents.

Qualifications

Twenty-one years of age with NC RN license.

Minimum of one year experience in geriatrics is desired.

Must have proven supervisory and leadership abilities.
