The Marketing and Communications Representative builds relationships with clients in order to proactively assess needs & problems related to the scope of work covered by the Springfield Clinic Brand & Experience team. This includes but is not limited to intake on areas such as: communications, content opportunities, brand management, patient experience, social/digital needs, website, etc. This position travels regularly outside of Springfield to markets covered by Springfield Clinic providers; with a specific focus on markets that are new or experiencing growth. The liaison must effectively communicate findings back to leadership & the rest of the Brand & Experience team and will lead the weekly hub meetings. The liaison is expected to have an in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of the interworking’s of all areas of the Brand & Experience team in order to think critically about the needs and opportunities presented during intake. Excellent people skills and an affinity for relationship building are key requirements of this role.
