Lifeline Pharmacy is Hiring an Accounting Clerk Near HAMILTON, OH
Lifeline24 Pharmacy is currently looking for an accounting clerk who has a good working knowledge of both Sage and Quickbooks accounting platforms. The responsibilities will include the following tasks:
1. Bookkeeping and general accounting
2. Making entries for accounts receivable.
3. Operating data terminal calculators and other standard office equipment.
4. Performing clerical work and providing interoffice support, including receiving and processing mail.
5. Assisting with general accounting duties.
6. Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations.
7. Reconciling and verifying bank deposits and payments.
If you have experience in accounting and are proficient in Sage and QuickBooks, we encourage you to apply for this position.
Below are the preferred skills for the job:
1) Being accurate and detail-oriented.
2) Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3) Experience with accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks.
