Perform preliminary, in process, hidden damage, and final inspections of component repair/overhaul in a FAA certified Repair Station, utilizing structural repair manuals, component maintenance manuals and aircraft maintenance manuals, as well as other approved composite repair instructions from the manufacturer or airline customer. Work closely with the Operations team in the performance of maintenance, repair, and overhauls to a variety of structural and non-structural aircraft components including nacelle assemblies and flight control surfaces.
Duties
Level A:
Overall working knowledge of the part 145 Repair Station.-Ability to investigate and document Root Cause analysis andCorrective action (non-disciplinary)-Determine and submit investigation and test statements.-Perform process and hardware audits and surveillances.-Be able to obtain certification to return an article to serviceutilizing FAA Form 8130-3.-Perform all functions associated with Level B requirements.
