Genesis Back & Neck is actively seeking a new team member for the position of Rehab/Spinal Decompression Tech with cross training on Front Desk. Responsibilities:

● Utilize the DRX-9000 technology to assist patients recovering from bulging and herniated discs through spinal decompression.

● Harness and assist patients during treatment sessions.

● Manage patient flow and ensure a welcoming and supportive environment.

● Oversee patient progress

● Keeping accurate medical notes each visit

● Informing new patients of what to expect

● Answering phones

● Software

Requirements:

● Genuine passion for helping people with extreme comfort around individuals.

● Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

● Effective communicator

Details:

● (Part-time/Full Time?) position: Approximately 15-20 hours per week.

● Hourly wage: $18 per hour or negotiable commensurate with experience.

This position also requires a friendly and professional front desk aptitude and disposition. Cross training in all facets of the office including the chiropractic portion at our Front Desk. All members are cross-trained in every component of our office. When at the front desk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. On other days, you may be running the rehab / spinal decompression where the attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist guests with appointments, cancellations, billing and insurance.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure patient satisfaction

Requirements:

- ChiroTouch Software experience / proficiency or the ability to learn medical software
- High school diploma or equivalent, massage therapist, acupuncturist, CNA would be a good candidate but the right personality and aptitude can be thoroughly trained.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

- Strong computer skills and ability to learn software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and patient management software is a plus; however we will train the right person for this job.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient service is a plus
