Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Location: 1305 Fowler St, Suite 1C, Richland, WA 99352
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday |10 :00 AM – 6:00 PM
Position Type: Part-Time up to 35 hours (No Benefits)

We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to join our team ASAP. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting, enjoys helping others, and is comfortable with the listed pay and schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
- Schedule appointments and conduct follow-up communication
- Assist with patient intake, assessments, and updating medical records
- Support providers and assist patients with therapy/rehab equipment
- Educate patients on services, procedures, and post-treatment care
- Handle payments, insurance verification, and basic billing inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinical areas
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and assist patients as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong computer, typing, and phone skills
- Excellent multitasking ability with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable handling payments and confidential information
- Basic anatomy/physiology knowledge preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Healthcare or patient service experience is helpful (training provided)
- Must be dependable and ready to start soon
- Must be comfortable with the listed pay rate and part-time schedule
- Must understand this position does not include benefits
