Our skilled Non-Union employees provide superior expertise in all phases of finishing projects, mainly high-end residential projects. Our expertise in painting and wall coverings is reinforced with our commitment to customer satisfaction. Painting quality and superior service are our priority.

Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to be based remotely within the U.S. and work with our talented, skilled, and passionate team on technical solutions. This individual must have superior client service skills, a solid understanding of project management tools and techniques, and a knack for breaking down large-scale software projects into manageable parts.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate outstanding project control, ensuring project plans, budgets, and scope control exceed expectations

• Provide effective project management through impact analysis, leading project scope negotiations, and managing evolving project requirements

• Identify and assess business opportunities for process improvements

• Adhere to project schedules and deliverables, prioritize project needs, and coordinate issue resolution

• Manage project delivery, scope, and client satisfaction, while communicating updates and progress to clients and leadership

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to firmly manage scope, schedule, and budget

• Effective team player who is self-motivated and proactive in improving processes.

• Demonstrates integrity, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
