Responsibilities : ... Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts and other inconsistencies
Collect all information needed to calculate receivables (order amounts, discount rates, etc.)
Check data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
Issue invoices and distribute to customers through various channels
Issue customer account statements periodically or as necessary
Receive payments through various methods / channels and check for credibility
Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned
Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information, etc
Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding invoices
Managing the status of accounts and balances and identifying inconsistencies. Issuing bills, receipts and invoices.
Report on activity to upper management
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
