Job Title: Building Engineer

Spectrum Management, LLC has been serving the Washington, DC metropolitan area for over 21 years and provides a comprehensive array of services that include construction management, facilities management and real estate development services. Spectrum Management is currently seeking to recruit a Building Engineer to support a large government building in downtown Washington, D. C. as supplemental staff. This position is focused on equipment upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair.
