RESPONSIBILITIES : The employee’s primary responsibility will include : Ensure effective communication between Preconstruction / Estimating, Operations, Project Management and other project associated teamsFacilitate and drive the process of schedule development and maintenanceEnsure that the schedule is prepared and maintained in compliance with contract requirementsPrepare proposal schedules as needed to assist in job pursuit effortsResponsible for meeting multiple priorities and deadlinesDevelop a schedule execution plan for projectResponsible for accurate & objective duration calculationsREQUIREMENTS : Knowledge of schedule buildingMust possess a general knowledge of schedule logic and precedenceSkilled in quantifying & analyzing critical path activitiesProven risk management skillsSupports claim evaluations & mitigation issuesTraining abilitiesPrimavera P6, SureTrak and Microsoft Excel Bachelor’s Degree- Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent10 years of construction-based scheduling experienceAbility to manage multiple projects and different project teams
