Cascade Counseling and Consulting LLC is Hiring a Licensed Medical Provider Near West Linn, OR

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This is a part-time position.
Flexible work schedule including options for in-office and telehealth services.
Provide comprehensive mental health medication management to clinic clients.
Effectively utilize electronic health record for scheduling, file management and other needs that may arise for your caseload.
Participate in team meetings.
Maintain good communication with team members, therapists and leadership.
Must be independently licensed in Oregon.

CASCADE COUNSELING AND CONSULTING WILL PROVIDE:

Flexible work schedule.
Use of a fully furnished office space.
Ability to consult and coordinate care with primary theapists
Appointment scheduling.
Insurance paneling and reimbursement rate negotiations as needed.
Dynamic and user-friendly electronic health record system with an integrated telehealth platform.

THE IDEAL PROVIDER WILL:

Hold an active, unrestricted license to practice in Oregon (MD, Nurse Practitioner, Naturopath, or similar)
Hold or obtain professional liability insurance that meets expected professional standards.
Participate in routine case staffing and consultation with therapy team.
