Advanced Home Health of St. George provides services within patients’ homes and we're ready to welcome an RN to our Team. We are offering a $3,000 sign on bonus to come work with our team as a Home Health RN Case Manager. The ideal applicant will be Friendly, Positive, and focused on Excellence!
*Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing who is licensed as a Registered Nurse by the state in which practicing.
* Two (2) years nursing experience preferred. Home Health experience preferred.
* Ability to supervise and direct members of client care team.
* Demonstrated strong and effective written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
* Ability to deal tactfully with clients and the community.
* Demonstrate organizational and time management skills.
* Licensed driver with automobile insurance.
*TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS*
Requires a full range of body motion including the handling and lifting of patients. Manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination required. Occasionally will lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds or greater. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. May require working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours. Requires a current driver’s license and the ability to drive and access a patient’s home.
*TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS*
Majority of work is performed in providing patient care services in the patients’ home.
