Job Summary::

The Digital Transformation Office Collaborations Director at Southwest Key Programs is a dynamic and strategic role focused on enhancing internal collaboration across the organization through innovative digital transformation initiatives. This position is responsible for identifying, implementing, and optimizing digital tools and platforms to ensure 100% collaboration, aligning with the organizations mission and operational goals. The successful candidate will lead change management efforts, provide training and support to staff, and stay abreast of the latest trends in digital communication technologies. By fostering a culture of innovation and open communication, this role is essential in driving the organizations efficiency and impact.

Essential Functions::
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy focusing on enhancing internal communications and collaborations across the organization.
  • Oversee the selection, deployment, and management of collaboration tools and platforms that align with the organization's needs and goals.
  • Train and support staff in utilizing digital tools and platforms effectively, ensuring high adoption rates and proficiency.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork, encouraging the sharing of ideas, feedback, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication and collaboration initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to strategies and tools as necessary.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and seamless execution.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and digital trends that can enhance organizational collaboration and communication.
  • Manage vendor relationships for collaboration and communication tools, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Technology (DTO), HR, and other departments to ensure the digital transformation strategy supports and enhances overall organizational objectives.
  • Lead change management initiatives related to digital transformation, ensuring smooth adoption and minimizing resistance.
Other Functions::
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives focused on communications and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of the latest digital communication tools and platforms, and how they can be effectively utilized within an organization.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in change management, with the ability to lead organizations through transition smoothly.
  • A passion for technology and its potential to positively impact organizational culture and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements::

Preferred

  • Nonprofit experience is highly preferred but not required
  • Bilingual (English - Spanish)
  • Must possess a valid state drivers license and be eligible to drive to facilitate program services as required by contractual agreement.
  • Required to work a flexible schedule to facilitate program services.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
  • PMP Certification or other industry certifications a plus
Physical Demands::

Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift to 10 pounds. Must be able to drive either personal or company vehicle.

  • On-call availability and access, and periodic overtime.
  • Sitting for extended periods.
  • Unscheduled interruptions are to be expected during a typical workday.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computing equipment.
  • Some out-of-town travel will be required.
Work Environment::

General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary and involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions frequenting computer uses at workstation for extended periods. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
