The Digital Transformation Office Collaborations Director at Southwest Key Programs is a dynamic and strategic role focused on enhancing internal collaboration across the organization through innovative digital transformation initiatives. This position is responsible for identifying, implementing, and optimizing digital tools and platforms to ensure 100% collaboration, aligning with the organizations mission and operational goals. Essential Functions::Preferred
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift to 10 pounds. Must be able to drive either personal or company vehicle.
General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary and involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions frequenting computer uses at workstation for extended periods. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
