Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team - Substance Use Professional - Full Time

As a member of our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive substance abuse assessments that describes the relationship between the member's mental health and substance use. You will serve as a consultant and educator to fellow ACT team members regarding integrated dual disorder treatment.
This is a community-based role that covers Cumberland County. If you love being out and about and seeing clients in the community, you may be a great fit! We provide mileage reimbursement!
Pay
CADC credential starts ~ $22.59 - 23.07 per hour
Associate or full licensure starts ~$25.00 per hour
$2,000 sign-on bonus!
Schedule
Monday - Friday 830a-430p, flexible.

You will be eligible for medical benefits the first of the month following your first 30 days. You would receive 10 paid holidays as well as PTO hours which would accrue at a rate of 10 hours per month. After 6 months you would be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan which has a 4% match. We also provide company paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, in house and paid training opportunities, and paid credentialing. SouthLight is an approved employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).
We are excited to offer an additional benefit of Clinical Supervision Reimbursement. We will provide a monthly reimbursement of up to $200 (full-time) or $100 (part-time) to each associate level clinician electing this benefit for no more than 2 years, or until licensure is completed, whichever is first. Licensures eligible to receive this benefit include LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LPA, LCASA, and CADC.
