Job Description
Job Summary:
Client is currently seeking qualified structural engineers to join our company. EIT engineers will gain experience working with a team of practiced engineers under the direct supervision of a P.E. manager. EIT engineers are expected to perform various technical tasks including analysis of building structures, design of structural elements, preparation of construction documents, manage construction tasks, etc. Candidates must have a firm understanding of basic engineering principles and exhibit strong communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 3-8 years' experience in structural design.
- B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering from ABET accredited university.
- PE or E.I.T. certification preferred.
- BIM/Revit experience preferred.
- Familiarity with structural engineering software (Bentley, RAM, Tekla, etc.).
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
