As an Entry Level Sales representative with MLM Home Improvement, you'll be working alongside and learning from the best representatives in the roofing industry. You will be trained on sales communication and techniques, how to educate the prospective homeowner, how to identify storm damage, and how to turn a lead into a sale..
Entry Level Sales Compensation
- Base salary for this role is $34,000 annually with uncapped commission potential.
- Our top performing Entry Level Sales Reps make over $75,000 a year!

- Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 11:00am 7:00pm and every other Saturday from 9:00am 2:00pm
- No prior sales or home improvement knowledge needed. All you need is the desire to learn and we'll provide you with the training and skills needed to be successful!
