Resource Property Management is Hiring a Part Time Maintenance Technician Near Largo, FL
Perform routine janitorial and maintenance duties to maintain and preserve the physical integrity and appearance of the common areas of the property. The technician will conduct building maintenance repairs and be responsible for the upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, and equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, light cleaning, plumbing, electrical repairs, fire protection, life safety and all other building systems. Will train.
•Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work.
•Valid driver's license and good driving record.
•Pass pre-employment drug test & criminal background check.
•Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
•Good verbal communication skills.
