The Parts Runner will:
- Drive company provided vehicle to pick up and deliver parts to technicians working in the field
- Pick up parts and paperwork from field technician and return to office
- On direction from parts or service manager, pick up purchases from vendors and other suppliers
- Communicate with managers, dispatchers and field technician to coordinate delivery time and place of parts
- Communicate with managers, dispatchers and field technicians any problems with parts pick-up and delivery
- Work with parts manager to unpack deliveries, stock parts and keep warehouse area clean and organized.
- Assist parts manager in inventory counts
- Special projects as assigned by manager
