POSITION: Graduate Assistant – Testing and Proctoring Services
REPORTS TO: Director of Academic & Auxiliary Services
NORMAL WORK AREA: Testing Center
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Experience with the Google Suite is preferred.
• Computer, scanner/printer literate.
• Experience with the ADA community is preferred.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Verbal communication is effective and clear.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to work well alone, as part of a team, or one-on-one with ADA students.
• Detail oriented.
DUTIES AND OTHER JOB RELATED ACTIVITIES:
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of student and instructional information.
• Interact with students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
• Assist with activities, planning, and implementation of program activities.
• Update and maintain databases for student tracking information.
• Use Jenzabar to remove student account holds.
• File and retrieve organizational documents, records, and reports.
• Email correspondence.
• Assist in general office coordination.
• Proctor, scribe, and read exams for ADA students in the Testing Center.
• Be familiar with scheduling appointments via Google Calendar.
• Other duties as assigned.
OTHER:
• Must be currently enrolled as an SEU graduate student.
• Will be required to work summers.
