Overview SOSI is currently looking for an experienced MPE CCMD Project Liaison to join our team in Tampa, Fl. Essential Job Duties Support Mission Partner Capability Office (MPCO) Mission Partner Environment (MPE) program managers, Liaison Officers, and requirement Field Representatives as needed at MPCO Field Office locations collocated within the Combatant Command (CCMD), Services, and Agencies. Possess thorough understanding and experience in network design; ability to discuss communication network architecture. Assist in gathering CCMD MPCO MPE requirements and documenting user statistics. Support MPCO capability requirements during exercise planning meetings. Deploy to exercise locations as part of the MPE forward tier 2-3 support. Manage projects for the CCMD to use MPE services during an exercise. Integrate into CCMD teams supporting exercises at the CCMD or at a forward location. Perform touch maintenance on MPE equipment supporting Air Force MPE programs at various CCMD locations. Solicit and provide written feedback from the CCMD on how MPCO MPE capabilities performance. Possess thorough understanding of MPCO capabilities to attend technical conferences and advise CCMD representatives on capabilities. Assist the CCMD user training on MPCO capabilities. Research and provide written response to CCMD regarding MPCO capability outages and upgrades. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or equivalent TS cleared/SCI Eligible Advanced education in a relevant field can count towards the equivalent years of experience (Associate’s degree equals 2 years of experience, Bachelor's degree equals four years of experience, etc.) One or more years of experience working on IT projects as a lead or part of a team. Active in-scope Top Secret SCI security clearance DoD 8570.01/ DoDM 8140.03 compliant at IAT level II or higher (e.g. CompTIA Security ) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or higher technical certification ITIL-F v3 or v4 certification Recent experience supporting MPE, U.S. BICES, CENTRIXS, Pegasus, CFBLNet, and APAN networks.
