Purpose of the Job
The Manufacturing Process Support role has primary responsibility as the first level of support for product related issues and problems. The individual will work with the operations and sustainable engineering team as a cohesive unit in order to better serve the needs of our staff.
This position will be based out of Aurora, Illinois.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Responsible for first level IT support within the manufacturing department including support of IT hardware and software
- Independently determines and develops approach to solutions
- Works with Operations team members to develop technical solutions to production problems and to continuously improve our production processes
- Works with other members of the sustaining engineering team to review and update key manufacturing documentation in order to maintain our focus on continuous improvement
- Does a first level review of Production related kick-outs

Basic Education
BS in Computer Science
Further Education
Work Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
