PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• DDS or DMD from an accredited university, active AZ license, or ability to obtain one, in good standing, and active/in process DEA license
• Proficient in Extractions a plus
• Root Canal experience preferred
• Ethical patient-centric provider
• Coachable, Team-Oriented
• Great work ethic, motivated for success
