As a PCSP, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and well-being in their own homes. You'll provide companionship, essential daily living assistance, and light housekeeping, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for your clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment through light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and light cleaning.
• Monitor clients' well-being by observing their physical and mental condition, taking vital signs if necessary, and reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to help clients feel connected and uplifted.
• Ensure the confidentiality of all client information.

Qualifications:

• Genuine desire to help others, integrity, and reliability.
• Prior experience in home care is a plus, not required
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation with valid insurance and registration are required.
