As a Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing operations of our existing practices and supporting the growth and expansion of new facilities. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and execute strategies to open new offices, build relationships with physician partners, and drive growth. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practices and ensure that we are meeting our business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our presence
Build a great team - Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching of Practice Team Members
Recruit outstanding clinicians that share our Mission and Values
Identify and evaluate potential new office locations and oversee the planning and execution of new office openings
Build and maintain relationships with physician partners and work collaboratively with them to provide comprehensive treatment plans for our patients
Develop workforce planning, recruiting and retention strategy to maintain optimum performance of each supported practice
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure that the company runs efficiently and effectively
Monitor and manage budgets to ensure that we are meeting our financial targets
Ensure that the company is in compliance with all regulatory requirements
Travel to our offices in Long Island to oversee the operations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations management
Proven track record of successfully opening new offices and driving growth
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to analyze data and develop action plans based on findings
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
