Assist customer service manager with inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.
Assisting with Case Management
Initial Set Up of Cases:
Create Administration Timeline.
Formatting of Notice Packet.
Submit approved documents and case info for website set-up (when applicable)
Calendaring and entry of case info into database.
Processing Remails, Claims, & Other Correspondence.
Confirm accuracy of weekly report prior to Lead Case Manager submitting to Counsel.
